Due to the nature and value of our fine jewelry, including pieces crafted with 18K gold, Colombian emeralds, and other precious materials, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, sizing, or other buyer-remorse reasons.

Please carefully review all product photographs, descriptions, measurements, sizing information, materials, and specifications before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from the item ordered, please contact Extravaganzaflare promptly after delivery. We will review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Please retain the item, original packaging, shipping materials, certificates, and documentation while your claim is being reviewed.

Custom & Personalized Jewelry

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, altered, and special-order jewelry is final sale and is not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

Order Cancellations

All orders are considered final once payment has been completed. Cancellations are not accepted after an order has been placed, except where required by applicable law.
